1 , Product overview
The four-tray bucket packaging machine realizes efficient packaging
of small materials such as water purifier accessories through
automatic counting, automatic filling and sealing operations. It
increases packaging speed, reduces the need for manual handling,
and ensures packaging quality and consistency. This type of

The material is automatically filled into bags or containers within
the sealing area. The filling method can be to pour the material

After completing the horizontal sealing, the equipment will perform
a re-sealing operation, that is, additional sealing is performed

sealed packaging bags to form independent packaging units.
After the sealing and cutting operations, the packaging process is
completed to form an independent packaging unit, such as bagged
water purifier accessories. These packaging units can continue to
the next step of packaging processing, such as cartoning, labeling,
etc.

5 , Scope of application and functional features
1.This product is suitable for automatic mixing or individual
packaging of the following 4 materials, such as screws, nuts, plain
washers, spring washers, toys, standard parts, etc. After automatic
counting of the vibrator bowl, the product will be filled into the
box for automatic packaging, or other materials can be put into the
mixed packaging manually by using the spare space of the equipment.
2.It is suitable for "OPP/CPP/ lamination film" as sealing
material.
