3 , Technical characteristics

4 , operation process
GL-B862C weighing and selecting 2 vibrator blows screw packaging
machine, adopts weighing method to measure and screen the
unqualified quantity. The equipment can automatically code, seal
and cut.
1 . The vibrator blow automatically arranges the screws.
2 . The screw passes through the track to automatically hoard the
prodcut, and the product is counted by the air cylinder to block,
and the product is discharged according to the set quantity.
3 . After the screws are discharged, they enter the weighing and
selecting mechanism for choosing, and the qualified flow to the
packaging machine for packaging, and the ones that do not reach the
qualified quantity are rejected to the box
4 . Screws not meeting the set weight will be transported to the
back of the machine for placement.
5 . Open the safety door, we will see that the equipment sealing
