The three-plate automatic packaging machine adopts an automated
workflow and can quickly and continuously complete the packaging
task of screws. It can take products out of the feed tray at high
speed and count, group, position and package them, greatly
improving packaging efficiency and production capacity.
The packaging machine has automation functions and can
automatically complete the processes of product feeding, counting,
positioning, packaging and sealing. Operators only need simple
setup and monitoring without frequent intervention, reducing labor
costs and the risk of operational errors.
It is also equipped with a counting device that can accurately
count the number of screws to ensure a consistent number of screws
in each packaging unit. This helps improve product consistency and
